Please read this carefully as it contains important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
Our ultimately goal is your satisfaction. We will make every effort to make sure that each other matches your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, and the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please note that if you are dissatisfied with the color or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. Our same Wig must be returned with the lace uncut. We will provide you with a label to return your hair and we will do our best to meet your request based available inventory. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future returns must be done at your expense.
Only exchanges shipped back within (2 )days from the date of of delivery will be permitted. Due to the nature of the product and the possibility of incorrect installation and/or processing (coloring, heat application), untied bundles or wigs you cut out lace, hair cannot be replaced and the ( 2) day Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.
For the Uniqueberry Hair Accessories or hair care collection, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always upfront, and this includes credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged once you place an order online.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
Online Courses
Purchase of an online course gives you access to the course content including videos for only ONE MONTH from the date of purchase after which access will be revoked unless a new purchase is made.
Uniqueberry hair Communication & Privacy Policy:
By participating in this campaign through your Sign up to our member list, you agree and request to receive updates, notices, and promotions on a regular basis. Your personal information will never intentionally mishandled, shared, sold, transferred or made available to any other company or person outside of Uniqueberry.
You have the choice to remove yourself from our member list at anytime by simply replying to any text message from uniqueberry with the word STOP.
Online Promotions
Uniqueberry may from time to time post content either organic or paid promotions on properties owned and operated by companies like: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat or other for-profit websites. Uniqueberry hair has no affiliation with these companies.
Order Processing
Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from (8 ) am to ( 6) pm EST. All human hair orders received before (12)noon are expected to be processed and shipped the same day. All wig orders will be shipped on or within 2-7 working days. Orders human hair orders placed over the weekend are expected to be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
NOTE: IN TIMES OF HIGH VOLUME OR DURING LARGE SALES, ORDER PROCESSING CAN ADD (5 ) DAYS TO THE DELIVERY TIME.
Product Availability
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to meet your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss the possibility of substitution. If you find substitution as unacceptable, you may wish to terminate the sale, and we will refund the whole amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes, and you will have the opportunity to approve of your order before we complete and place it.
Return policy
Uniqueberry hair strives to maintain the best of quality assurance. Our products go through a very careful and meticulous process to provide you with the best quality products possible. All hair orders are thoroughly and carefully inspected before shipping. We leave no room for mistakes. Your satisfaction is our primary focus.
Although we are unable to issue cash refunds once a sale is made because of the nature of our products, we allow exchanges for specific products as long as they meet the following prerequisites for exchanges:
That the product is still original,
That the original tags are still in place.
That the product lace has not been tampered with or worn.
That no processing has been done on the hair; this includes brushing, combing, plucking, or cutting the hair.
That all items must be free of stains such as makeup, deodorant, unwanted substance, etc...
Perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. According to the Federal law, you cannot return used human hair products.
You must make a return request within ( 2) calendar days from the date of delivery for your return to be eligible for exchanges. Any exchange request after (2) calendar days will not be honored.
Once we receive your return items, you can request an exchange or refund.
Refunds will be given in the form of e-gift cards for you to purchase a new product. Please note that we do not guarantee that the product you desire will still be in stock at the time of exchange.
Once you ship back a product for return, ensure you keep your proof of postage as Uniqueberry hair will not be responsible for any returns that get lost in transit.
In case you're dissatisfied with a product, our customer care will be in touch to guide on the return process. If we find the product was defective at the time of being shipped, you will receive a return shipping label.
If you return a product and Uniqueberry hair does not find any defect, the product will be shipped back to you on the ground at Uniqueberry hair expense with no exchanges.
If the customer selects a higher value product in exchange, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the shipping.
Reserved Rights of Uniqueberry hair Regarding Returns
Uniqueberry hair reserves the sole right to limit, reject, or refuse returns from customers due to:
Excessive return history.
Damaged or misused products.
Fraudulent activity.
Should you receive a defective product, you're requested to take a photo of the item in its packaging and send an email to unique@uniqueberryhair.com with the description about the damage. Be sure to include the order number. Our Customer Care agents will get back to you on the way forward.
